Andy Jaye is an experienced live television and radio broadcaster. His experience spans a wide range of entertainment on BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky Sports and the Discovery Network covering the past 20 years. 

His media career began at CiTV, progressed to hosting football for Sky Sports (including the daily show The Paper Round), ITV and the Arise News Network, before moving into travel, adventure journalism, music and chat shows for many international broadcasters.

From co-hosting Record of the Year Live for ITV, to broadcasting from the side of a yacht in the middle of the ocean for The Atlantic Challenge for Eurosport, Andy has thrown himself in at the deep end with every on-screen opportunity. 

Andy is a recognised and proven live motor sport broadcaster, with 10 years trackside at numerous racing series including MotoGP, Speedway, Formula E, Le Mans, British GT, and many more. He hosted the main coverage for motorsport for Channel 4 for over 7 years, fronted many live sporting events for the Discovery Network (including the Monaco Historique and Speedway GP action), Channel 5 (Formula E and WRC Live), and ITV (Formula E, Silverstone Classic and more), and has also hosted travel and property shows including The Real Bahamas and Cape Verde Discovered. 

In 2019, Andy won the New York Radio Festival Award for his most recent BBC World Service Documentary about Aston Martin for In The Studio. 

Elsewhere, Andy was pivotal in several car and technology live events and launches including the Land Rover 70th Birthday celebration, the Drone and Technology show at the NEC, and he has also previously helped to launch groundbreaking cars such as the Jaguar I Pace and the new Land Rover Discovery, coinciding with his national radio show ‘The Motor Show With Andy Jaye’ on TalkRadio and his technology and entertainment podcast ‘Tomorrow’s Nerd’ with Jason Bradbury for the Global network. 

Andy has extensive corporate event hosting experience working closely with Jaguar Land Rover for many years, the Institute of Directors for their annual conference at the Royal Albert Hall, and the Duke of Edinburgh Awards scheme where he has presented to award winners at St James’s Palace with a Royal audience. Andy has interviewed A-list celebrities across the globe, and is passionate about bringing the audience closer to the action, people, places, and things they love.

Andy is a father of two, loves sport, movies and music, and is a former session drummer.
